NO REPAYMENT
Legal Advances funds strictly on a “non-recourse” basis. The definition of “non-recourse” means that if your case is lost OR is upside down financially, you get to keep ALL the funds you were given by Legal Advances and we walk away. This is clearly stated in all our funding agreements.
Many competing companies do not make this claim or do not advertise it. We are proud of the fact that we help protect our clients, even if their case is unsuccessful. We believe that this “value-added “benefit.
Non – recourse funding allows the client the feeling that even if their case fails that they will at least, derive some funds in the process
This is an important and fundamental business decision that we at Legal Advances have made. No repayment from the client is ever requested by our firm if their case does not succeed. We are proud to offer this feature in all our agreements and we feel comfortable to do this because we are one of the best financed organizations in the legal funding arena.
