We have a fully staffed underwriting group that is capable to review all types of cases in all states across the country.
In many cases, we respond within 24 hours. Some cases require us to speak with your attorney before making a decision. We make every effort to make these attorney calls as soon as we realize that we need additional information to resolve any open questions about your case.
The forms that we utilize to request case file material from your attorney are very specific and detailed so that if your attorney complies completely, we will have a good feel for your case and will have no need to make the attorney call.
Once an offer is made to a Legal Advances client, agreements are sent the same day to their attorney’s office. We always hope that the client will review these agreements with his or her attorney so that any questions that arise can be answered promptly.
Once the agreements are signed by both the client and the attorney and are faxed back to us …your check is on the way.
