About Legal Advances

How to get funding for your lawsuit

Legal Advances is made up of a group of investors and attorneys who will, after review, provide funding to attorneys and clients who need financial support. We will review and fund personal injury, medical malpractice, employment discrimination and wrongful death cases. We offer a wide range of non-recourse funding solutions, as each case we review is unique.

We give you an equal chance within the legal system.

There is never an application fee of any kind to have your case reviewed at Legal Advances

Once we have received your request for review, either by our online application or by you speaking to our customer service staff, we proceed quickly to get all the necessary case file material. This will include contacting your attorney. Click on the link above to expedite this process.

We never check credit or employment history.

All information is confidential

Once all the required material is in our possession a response to your request will be given within 48 hours. If we decide to fund your case you will be given a proposal that will detail all the financial terms of the proposed agreement. This agreement will be faxed to your attorney’s office and we strongly suggest that you review it in his presence. All funding is done on a non-recourse basis.

This means that all funds given to you by Legal Advances are yours to keep even if the results of the case have a negative outcome.

This eliminates any and all risk to you

Once the agreements are faxed back to our offices we will send out your check via FEDEX the next day.

We never get involved with case strategy. Your attorney is completely in charge.

You never pay us anything until the case is settled.

Once the advance is made, we only contact your attorney periodically to get the status of your case.
